FR Summer Coveralls

FR Summer Coveralls

Keeping you safe is our number one priority.

Fire Retardant Summer Coveralls

Just because it is hot outside does not mean you can go unprotected on the job site.  There are more dangers to you than skin cancer, so when it is important to be covered up, make sure to pick the right garments that will protect you from the proper level of arc flash, but also not make you sweat uncontrollably.  Finding the right balance of protection on the jobsite and comfort can be a real challenge in Alberta’s fast changing climate.  I think we are the only season where you can experience all 4 seasons in a single shift.

Keeping you safe is our number one priority.

When it comes to keeping you or your workers safe, there is nothing more important to us.  That is why we have optimized our supply chains for Fire Retardant summer clothing.  We have built a network of trusted Made in Canada suppliers and suppliers who stock their products in Edmonton so that we can get you the right FR clothing for your workers very fast. Not having the correct PPE can lead to lost productivity or time away from the jobsite, so if you need PPE in a rush, please call our Sherwood Park office directly to find out how fast we can produce custom Fire Retardant or safety clothing for your worksite.

We carry all the popular and cooling styles for Fire Retardant (FR) PPE.

Whether you are looking for Coveralls, Bib pants, Duck Bib Pants, Duck Work Pants, Duck Cargo Pants, FR Work Shirts, FR Suit all’s, FR Summer Bomber’s, or FR Facemasks and Gaiters, we have a solution for you.  Many of these styles contain a patented FR cooling technology that when soaked in water, contains polymer crystals that expand and turn into a crystalline gel. The water slowly evaporates, creating a cooling effect.  The slow evaporation rate can keep you cool for hours even when working in the hot sun.

What types of FR Fabric do we carry?

When it comes to FR fabrics, it is important to choose one with the right class of protection for the job site you are working on. We can get our hands on just about any fabric, but the most common styles we have are Nomex, Indura, Ultrasoft. Many of our fabrics meet the following requirements: NFPA 2112, CGSB 155.20,NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506. However, if you are looking for a specific requirement, we highly recommend reaching out to us for a custom quote.

Shut Down, Turnaround, Pipeline STOP!

To me that sounds like the lyrics of a hit rap song, but in this instance it is the industries that use these FR PPE items the most.  When doing a shutdown or turnaround in the pipeline industry, these environments can contain all sorts of fire, flash fire and electrical arc dangers.  So, whether you are working on an Oil Sands Site, a Gas Plant, Utility Line, Pulp Mill, Refinery or Diamond Mine, we have the safety clothing that is designed to keep you safe from arc flashes, explosions, flames and other hazards.
